Partner Types
Three ways to work with Glownet
Glownet's partner model is structured rather than open. Each partner type plays a specific role in the ecosystem: from deploying the platform in market, to operating it at scale, to providing the underlying technology that powers it.
Deployment Partners — The primary deployment route
Who qualifies
System integrators, technology resellers, managed service providers, and event technology companies with existing market presence in the events, attractions, or hospitality sector.
What you deploy
The full Glownet platform (ticketing, cashless payments, digital wallets, access control, and settlement infrastructure), configured and integrated for each customer deployment.
Commercial model
Partners access platform licences at partner pricing and build their own service, support, and integration revenue on top. Commercial frameworks are structured for recurring deployment revenue.
Market access
Partners operate in defined geographic markets. Exclusivity arrangements are available for partners with strong market coverage and deployment track record.
What Glownet provides
Platform access, technical certification programme, onboarding support, co-marketing resources, and a dedicated partner manager for established partners.
Enterprise Operator — Operating across multiple sites
Who qualifies
Event producers running multiple events per year, venue groups operating more than one site, leisure and entertainment operators, and fixed-site destinations (theme parks, resort complexes, stadiums) requiring permanent infrastructure.
How deployment works
Glownet is deployed and managed by a certified deployment partner on your behalf. The deployment partner handles configuration, integration, hardware, and ongoing support.
Commercial structure
Commercial terms are agreed between the operator and their deployment partner. Glownet is not party to the direct operator relationship. Pricing and service terms are set by the partner.
Platform capabilities
Enterprise operators typically deploy the full platform: ticketing, cashless payments, multi-vendor commerce, digital wallets, access control, and settlement, configured for their specific operational context.
How to get started
Contact Glownet to be introduced to the most suitable deployment partner for your market and operational scale.
Technology Partner — The infrastructure that powers Glownet
Who qualifies
Payment processors, acquiring banks, payment terminal manufacturers, POS hardware providers, ticketing platforms, and software providers whose capabilities are relevant to physical destination operations.
Integration model
Technology partners integrate via Glownet APIs or SDKs. Integration scope varies: payment gateways integrate at the Commerce layer; hardware manufacturers integrate at the access and POS layer; platform providers may integrate across multiple layers.
Ecosystem listing
Certified technology partners are listed in the Glownet partner directory and made available to deployment partners when configuring deployments for their customers.
Market reach
Technology partners reach new deployments through Glownet's network of certified deployment partners. When a deployment partner selects your payment processor or hardware, you gain a customer without direct sales effort in that market.
Certification
Technology integrations go through a Glownet technical certification process to ensure they meet the operational requirements of the platform. Certification is a prerequisite for ecosystem listing.
