Ultra and Glownet: Innovation All Around the World!

Electronic music professionals Ultra celebrated their 20th anniversary in style at this year’s Ultra Music Festival in Miami. The Ultra story began in 1999 at South Beach where it first started as a one-day festival. Twenty years later, the Ultra phenomenon has evolved into a global experience, and now offers festivals in over 20 countries across the world, and is expanding by the day.
This year, Ultra Miami opened its gates to approximately 600 guests, an intimate birthday party in comparison to its other locations. The success was unparalleled, as electronic-house legends Swedish House Mafia reunited on the final evening for an unforgettable performance. #Ultra20 also became the number one trending topic worldwide on social media platforms during the weekend.
Glownet partnered with Ultra to help them deliver a smooth and secure live event experience for a selection of their festivals. In addition to participating in the Ultra Music Festival Miami celebrations, Glownet also partnered with Ultra South Africa, delivering events in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Our cashless payment systems, access control tools and business intelligence reports enabled Ultra to run their events in the smoothest and most secure way possible.
All in addition to Glownet and Ultra’s continued collaboration with Ultra Singapore. When it comes to event innovation, Ultra and Glownet know how to take it to a global stage.
