Deni Ute Muster and Glownet Deliver Cashless to Your Front Door
The largest event of it’s kind in the world, the Deniliquin Ute Muster began 20 years ago as a celebration of all things Australian. It has developed into a complete festival experience including live music concerts, driving competitions and a rodeo.
Glownet first joined forces with Deni Ute Muster in 2017 to deliver a seamless cashless experience, and are delighted to return in 2018.
The remote location of the festival means pretty much no mobile reception, which has caused communication and transaction problems in the past. Glownet’s cashless system, which fully functions 100% offline, is the perfect solution for the event organisers and vendors.
Deni Ute opted for RFID wristbands to be sent to attendees’ homes pre-event, via direct mail. This not only enhanced speed of arrival, but also streamlined ticket validation on-site.
The event depends on it’s army of volunteers, without whom the event would be impossible. Using Glownet’s RFID voucher system, we ensured that crew catering for the vast number of volunteers was both operationally and cost efficient for the organisers.
Having adopted a fully cashless system since 2017, Deni Ute Muster have seen a double-digit percentage increase in customer revenue, and have benefited from integrated access control tools on-site.
